Built from real practice.
About us
Keyframe Health was built by people actively working inside general practice who saw a growing gap between education and operational reality.
Our education focuses not only on clinical knowledge, but on what happens after the course ends — implementation, workflows, documentation systems, escalation pathways, operational frameworks, and practical systems that function inside real clinics.

Why Keyframe Health?
In video compression, a keyframe defines a whole new scene. Most of what surrounds it is subtle; incremental differences you barely register. But the keyframe is where the real change lives. Everything else references it.
Keyframe (n.)
a moment that felt innocuous at the time but ended up marking a diversion into a strange new era of your life.
A monumental shift secretly buried among the tiny imperceptible differences between one ordinary day and the next.
We named this business Keyframe Health because that is what advanced clinical education should do.
Not add knowledge to what already exists but mark a genuine shift in how a nurse works, how a clinic operates, and what patients can access.
Meet the team
Dustin Mitchell
Dustin is the co-founder of Keyframe Health and one of the few clinicians in Australia who brings genuine depth in both advanced practice nursing and information technology. A Nurse Practitioner candidate completing his qualifications in June 2026, he holds a Master of Information Technology alongside a postgraduate in Primary Health Care.
His clinical career spans a broad range of primary health environments, from corporate and independent general practice to not-for-profit community health services, including care for people experiencing homelessness and dedicated services within Aboriginal health care. At each stage, he has led teams, redesigned workflows, and built systems that hold up under the demands of real clinical practice.
That dual background in clinical care and technology is what Keyframe Health is built on. The frameworks and tools at the core of the platform were developed and refined through active practice at Health on Henley, not in theory, but in a real clinic, with real patients.

Elsie Patterson
Elsie is a qualified dietitian and co-founder of Keyframe Health, with a career that spans clinical practice, professional education, and health system design.
She has led the delivery of RACGP-accredited continuing professional development through a not-for-profit organisation, giving her direct insight into what makes education actually translate into practice, and what causes it to fall short. She has also worked within a Primary Health Network, where she was responsible for planning and commissioning primary health activity, including workforce development and education.
That combination of on-the-ground clinical experience and system-level thinking shapes how Keyframe Health approaches every course it builds. Elsie understands how health education is funded, how it is credentialled, and what primary care professionals genuinely need to grow in their roles. That understanding is not incidental to what Keyframe Health does. It is central to it.
